I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I obtained my Masters of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.


I believe in supporting my clients in their desire to find more wholeness, aliveness, acceptance, and peace within themselves. Using multiple modalities such as CBT, mindfulness techniques, and person-centered therapy, I will help you in navigating life transitions, doubt, grief, anxiety, overwhelm, and fear. I rely on holistic practices and tools to help you increase self compassion, expand your capacity to feel and sit with the harder seasons of life, develop both skills to manage the many stressors of life, and make room for more joy, trust, intuition, and deep connection to others. The magic happens when we alchemize our messiness and hold space for the full emotional spectrum.

I utilize a person-centered based approach to healing, focused on the integration of emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. My desire is for you to experience restoration, peace, and wholeness.  Ultimately, I serve not as an expert or someone with all the answers, but as a collaborative guide who values and deeply respects my clients’ identity and the wisdom they already have within.


My post-graduate work includes working with children, adolescents, and young adults as a School Social Worker. Within that role, I provided individual and group counseling services with evidence based practices to children and adolescents struggling with a range of challenges using various domains of intervention to address social/emotional barriers and crisis support.  My work also included supporting staff with training and psychoeducation as well as working with parents and staff to create strong support systems. Additionally, I worked abroad in Germany for two years as a pedagogical social worker working with a diverse population. 

I enjoy working with adults, college students, and adolescents as they navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, work-life balance, spirituality, questions of identity, school or job challenges, relationship and dating struggles, cultural shock/cultural integration (expat issues), parenting support, and attachment issues.  Outside of work, you can find me hiking, traveling, drinking a great cup of coffee and reading about the Enneagram system.
